The Art Exchange:
Watercolour Beginner Sessions
Weekly, various dates & times
The Art Exchange hosts beginner-friendly paint and sip classes, watercolour workshops, and private events. Set within a community gallery, come and learn new skills and relax in a creative, welcoming space.
Workshops are perfect for artists of all skill levels. No prior skill needed! NDIS participants warmly welcome.

Motherhood Village
Every Monday 10am – 1pm
Motherhood Village Ltd is a Gold Coast charity passionate about supporting local mothers, parents and families. Come along for a free peer support group session.

We’ve partnered with Kookaburra Art Studio to provide art classes for people with disability. Taught by professional artists using both traditional and modern art techniques, we offer a calm, safe and friendly environment to improve your creative skills.

Yoga
Every Tuesday & Thursday – 9 – 10am
Hosted by Fiona Sorensen, this yoga class aims to merge breath with movement, inviting balance and harmony into body, mind, and spirit.

Group gets together each week to network language (Spanish) and craft sessions.
